Tom with Branco was onsite, they had already took out old structure when I arrived. All the road closed sigs where in place, contractor had placed rip rap at all four corner of old structure for erosion. Shane Bush was onsite as well, had a good visit with him, he ask to be notified when pouring concrete and setting beams.
